Click here to go to "online services" to complete your Verification of Session Attendance and Evaluation Report.  It will ask you to log in using your email and password.  Once you have logged in you will see the WELCOME page, look to the left and you will see the 2009 Conference Attendance/Evaluation/CE Certificate link click here and follow the instructions to obtain your CE certificate.
